Uus Maailm Tänavafestival is a street event taking place on September 4th- 5th in one of Tallinn’s districts – Uus Maailm (New world). This quarter is located between Väike-Ameerika, Luha and Kesk-Ameerika streets and during these two days, these streets are going to be full of attractions for children and adults. One of the highlights is Lenna’s band performance, to be held on September 4th at 20.00 (Estonian time). You can see the full schedule of the festival here.

As Delfi.ee informs us Piret Järvis together with her fiance, Kallervo Karu, left the city and moved to the countryside, 40 km from Tallinn. Piret says she is very happy because of her new house, situated out of the city- no stress, only  clear air and the beauty of the forests and the wild animals. All of this makes the Vanilla Ninja guitarist joyful and more peaceful. “I am happy here. The sounds of nature help me to relax and gather energy for the next day”.  This move has also been good for Piret’s and Kalle’s relationship. “Here we are together 100% and we can focus on each other”. Anyway, they still visit Tallinn every day because of their  work. But it is good to have a quiet and beautiful place to come back to.

On August 4th Õhtuleht made an interview with Katrin, who is now a full-time director of the Lindakivi Culture Centre. She was  talking about her work and the little free time she had. She also mentioned the way in which she is still connected to the musical world. “At home I play the piano and write songs, but I have less time than I used to. The band is still inactive and will remain like this for some more time, but it will for sure come to life again in the near future”. If you want to watch the interview with Katrin, just click here.

When it comes to Lindakivi Centre, it is worth mentioning that lately it organised Ott Lepland’s concert, which took place nowhere else than in centre’s seat. The aim of the event was to celebrate the beginning of the school year together with the children. Katrin was present there, as centre’s director. She also shared her opinion about Ott’s performance with the journalists. “I haven’t seen Ott performing live before, it was the first time for me. Today we have added some new features and done some small fixes for you all to enjoy, which we hope will make it more easier for you as the fans to use and interact with.

Updates:

• You can now check for “Recent Comments” (in sidebar)
• Improved list style
• Added some cool effects to menu (try to hover over it)

Fixes:

• Links for Elite sites are now working (in sidebar)
• Now you can open the music player in new window (than it won’t stop playing while you’ll be browsing)
• Added Top Affiliates from old version (in sidebar)
• Fixed sidebar (in some cases the sidebar went under content, news)

We would also like to inform you all that the German version of Love-Ninjas is ready and available. You can now read news in German by clicking on the flag in the sidebar or by clicking HERE.

Hey, hey! Finally the day has come when we can introduce to you all the new Love-Ninjas.com! I must say that we worked very, very hard on this version – practically everything is changed.

You might ask yourself “what’s new”? We will tell you!

• A new design (well that’s obvious).  This lovely layout was created by Samary1175 and was coded by VN-LT-FAN for all of you guys to see
• The whole site is completely reformed. Now we use a powerful Content Management system – WordPress!
• News in German (from August 30 th)! We thought that having only one language is not enough, so we are now happy to announce that from now you can read the news in German! But we won’t stop with that! We want to have news in other languages too. So if you want to join our team and would like to translate news to Estonian, Polish or any other language than write to us and we will consider your candidacy!
• New staff. Our staff was supplemented with 4 new people. Let me introduce them!

• Updated gallery. Probably you have seen that our photo gallery has not been updated for a long time and started to become like a photo archive. Well that’s over! We now have new people who will take care of the gallery and very soon you will see new photos. In October Love Ninjas gallery will unite with other site and will be reformed once again.
• More fun. Now the site has became more interactive. You can now rate news, comments, read “Short newz” (available soon), share Love Ninjas news on ALL social sites and take part in polls!
